Titan

The good thing about this metal detector is it is cheap. The bad thing
about this metal detector is its cheap. You definitely get what you pay for
when it comes to metal detecting. The depth isnt the best with lots of
falsing. There is no pinpointing available or manual ground balancing. Do
yourself a favor and get a garrett ace 250 (what i currently own after
titan purchase) or the Tesoro Cibola. They dont cost a whole lot more and
are definitely worth the extra money. Swinging the ace 250 is a world of
difference compared to the titan just the difference in craftsmanship is
noticeable when you first look at them.

Great first detector

If you are looking for a great user friendly, light weight metal detector,
Titan 1000XD is worth the price. It has very good discrimination and depth
capabilities. This is very comparable to the Bounty Hunter or Ace 250 and
You can find it for a better price. I found 7 coins my first morning out in
2 hours.
