Over the years tested MANY metal detectors, but NONE are as nice/sensitive,
and well built as this British beauty!
You'll be quick to notice how THICK the coil cable is? Quality and extra depth! This CS2MX is like the Tesoro UMAX, very SMOOTH AND FAST RESPONSE, but air tests about an inch deeper, (and runs at a higher freq. At 17khz.!)
In my 8" test beds, the 8" coil EASILY detects 8" nickles and quarters, and even chirps on a 10" quarter,(how ever barely misses the 10" nickle?) But the all metal pinpoint on this thing is ridiculously DEEP! Most meter ID machines at this depth ID as iron, so your fooling yourself if you think you need to pay more for a meter machine?!
This CS2MX has THE NICEST AUDIO signal you will ever hear,(VERY SMOOTH!!) If you can get your hands on one of these, BUY IT AND NEVER SELL!
