A great value detector
May 13, 2015
I recommend this detector for anyone entering into the hobby or just
looking to find a lost item in the backyard or similar situation. I think
it's one of the best detectors in the "entry" level field. I would say the
build quality could be better, but it's not meant to be tossed around of
used as a club, it is a fun and easy machine to use and will give you
plenty of good memories if you are looking to find coins, or jewelry. I
would say my BHT2 paid for itself in the first 6 months I used it.

Bounty Hunter II
January 16, 2013
This detector was my first and I only used All metal mode, no
discrimination and no tone, because in Czech woods are lot of WWII relics.
I used it for two years and you only found some ammo and coins on the top
of the soil. Bad depth, but compared with other metal detectors of this
price field it's one of the best.

Great machine very smooth

This bounty hunter tracker II is great. It has manual ground balance and
auto. A salt mode and a red clay and normal mode. So far in about 10
outings I've found 2rings one silver one fake ladies diamond ring. One Rosy
dime one merc and some wheat pennies and some misc charms and about 15
dollars in clad. It seems to love rings. Works good at beaches and parks.
I highly recommend this model.

I have the Bounty Hunter II, we've had it a few years took it out yesterday
and found 2 dimes, one nickel and a penny. Also found a fake hoop earing
and a washer. Only went for a couple hours with the kids. Great outing.
Lots of fun.
