Great detector for price

September 07, 2013
I bought this detector new on ebay at least a year ago. I've had a few other detectors in the past like whites, appollo ( which is no longer in business, mp3 pro, and I like this detector the best. It is lightweight, uses only 2 9 volt batteries which last approx. 6 hours of hard use.

I have found many indian head pennies, v nickels, mercury dimes. I have a couple of con's against this detector. It does not beep quick enough after going over a find, having to go back a few times to pin point location and then use my handheld pinpointer to locate.
Also, the volume on speaker is not loud enough even at max volume, though if you use headphones it is plenty loud enough.

For the money, this is a great detector and I would recommend it.
