In the beginning about 15 years ago I use the cheapest metaldetector
(wellerman or something like that) from the supermarket and never find
anything, maybe a few coins. But about 3 months ago I buy my first little
more better and was satisfied what this fisher f11 can do. My findings with
this cheap beginners metaldetector was coins, copper, silver juwelery but
only one gold necklace but I was happy into the soul with my findings. Yes
its average beginners metaldegector for cheap money and if you want to try
the hobby don't buy the most expensive machine you can dig and find really
good stuff with this Fisher F11.
My deepest finding was a copper coin from 1861 on the beach from 10 inches.
