Got the lonestar for my birthday. the first day out i
hit a spot that i used to fish alot and always noticed old broken pottery
laying on the ground. This location
is a couple of miles from a historical battle field. Well anyway to make a long story short, The first thing i found was a three ringer slug, a broken sword blade and an old chain. I have found plenty of clad around the parks. Decided that i out grew the detector within a few weeks.
I was not finding the old stuff that i wanted, so i purchased a whites XLT but i still have the lonestar. all in all it's a good learning detector. I got were i could just dig the good targets and the occasional pull tab.
