Garrett Pro Pointer

This thing is amazing. It detect at least at 8-9". The scraper is great and so is the tip being able to find your target fast and efficiently. Compared to my last one which came free from a kellyco. com purchase and was called an auto max v4 pinpointer witch wasn't bad but very cheaply made and I was afraid I was going to break the cheap plastic. Unlike the pro pointer it is very strong and well made.

I am not afraid to get in there and use it I'm also not afraid to get it wet. This product has made my detecting much more faster and enjoyable. This thing is nearly indestructible and has such a long detection rate and very easy to know when your getting closer to your target. I highly recommend it.

A must have at hunts

If you like to go to detector hunts this is a must have item...after fumbling around trying to find my target, and everyone with a pro pointer grabbing and moving on, knew I had wasted a lot of timed.. now have a pro pointer and keep right up there with the hot shots that been doing hunts for ever...

Pro Pointer

This pointer compared to any I have used or seen used, Is VERY Impressive! It far surpasses everything cheaper. I can't say how it does against the higher priced pointers. I can say Very few need higher priced or better than this Pointer. My knees can feel every bit of their 56 yrs of abuse, The Garrett Pro is a Knee saver!!!

Pinpointer Heaven

I am in pinpointer heaven with this little beauty. It saves so much time when trying to locate the target and the audio combined with the vibration signals together allow you to use it even with your headphones on. I have also used it after dark with the LED Light. I don't know how anyone can treasure hunt without it.

Don't know how I lived without the GPP for so long. It really makes life much easier and saves loads of time when you get a signal. One great plus is being able to throw it into my luggage when I go on holidays - its great in Spain where metal detecting is almost banned. I just lay on the sand, pretend I'm digging holes with the kids when really I've got a signal with the propointer! Priceless!!

I needed to buy kneepads.

I have a Garret Pro-Pointer. Once I get a hit from my only slightly above average metal detector, I hit the ground and let my Pro-Pointer go to work! .. Sometimes I get too excited--I needed to buy kneepads. If it's there, the Pro-Pointer will find it.

So far, the battery life on this thing is phenomenal!

The only flaw I've found is that mud or dirt can pack itself into its tiny speaker holes which make it too quiet to hear.

This thing is extremely durable!

The little light even allowed for a few digs past sundown before I had to leave.
